Meet two of the experts keeping East Village safe
At East Village, resident safety is our top priority. That’s why we have a dedicated team of specialists working behind the scenes to ensure our buildings are as safe as possible. Our focus on proactive management and compliance means you can feel confident that fire safety and health standards are maintained.
Bill Dunn – Fire Safety Manager
Bill is one of our newest team members, bringing over 30 years of invaluable experience from his time with the London Fire Brigade. His career highlights include working on fire safety for the 2012 Olympic Park as part of the Olympic Safety Committee and serving as Building Safety Manager at Tower Hamlets Community Housing, where he supported their remediation programme.
At East Village, Bill leads on fire strategies and works closely with stakeholders and enforcement bodies to ensure we are always proactive in managing fire safety. His expertise ensures the right measures and resources are in place, keeping the community safe and giving residents peace of mind.
Sarah Supple – Compliance and Health and Safety Manager
Sarah has spent the past 10 years specialising in health and safety and compliance, training to become a qualified fire risk assessor along the way. She started her career auditing and risk assessing complex healthcare premises, working closely with the NHS and the Care Quality Commission, before bringing her expertise into residential settings.
At East Village, Sarah enjoys engaging with external stakeholders and providing reassurance about how we manage risk. Her role ensures that our compliance processes are robust, transparent and tailored to keep our residents safe.
